Because most of our products are custom-made just for you, all sales are final. We don’t offer refunds or cancellations once an order is placed.
That said, your satisfaction matters. If your item arrives damaged or there's a mistake on our end, contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos—we’ll fix it with a replacement or repair, no problem.
