Welcome to Recon Etching. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Custom Orders
Most of our products are custom-made and designed specifically for you. Once your order is submitted, it cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded, unless there’s an error on our part.

2. Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout. Orders will not be processed or started until payment is confirmed.

3. Shipping & Turnaround
Typical production time is listed in each product description. Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping info provided by the buyer.

4. Refunds & Replacements
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We’ll gladly send a replacement or make it right.

5. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, and content on our site are the property of Recon Etching and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
If you submit a custom design, you confirm that you have the rights to use it.

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

7. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the latest version.
